As a result a $25.00 late fee has been added to your account. Should you believe this is incorrect, or there are reasons for non-payment, or if you wish to make payment plans to avoid the filing of a lien, or other collection actions, please contact us within thirty-one (31) days of the date of this letter. If you have failed to keep up with the payment arrangements previously made new arrangements may possibly be made. Unless you notify this office in writing that you dispute the validity of the above mentioned debt, or any portion of the debt, within thirty-one (31) days after you have received this letter, we will assume the debt to be valid. If you notify us in writing within thirty-one (31) days after the receipt of this letter, that you dispute the debt or any portion thereof, we will obtain verification of the debt and copy of the verification will be mailed to you.
